Zomoon Online Sheet FAQ
We have 2 account types
Different accounts are used for different functions. There are currently two types of accounts in Zomoon:
  1. Company (organization, community, school) account (can create, design online sheet, summarize data and reports)
  2. Department (personal) account number, fill in the data
What are the sheet(table) and column names
The sheet(table) name to let the person knowing which sheet they are filling in
The column name is the header of the sheet and the name of the item to be filled in when filling in the data
What is the data type
The data type is the basis for the customer to enter data. For example, the numeric type allows only numbers to be filled in, and the date type allows only dates.
We provide 3 types of data: text, number and date
  1. Text type: text-based input type, such as name
  2. Numeric: contains integers and decimals, only numbers are allowed
  3. Date type: Contains the date type and time type specific to the hour and minute
  4. Pictures and files: Allow customers to upload pictures and files directly, which is text type
How to quick add departments
We have two ways to add departments.
  1. You can add the department one by one in zomoon dashboard
  2. Use our invite tool, invite the user register themselves though the invite link. The invitation link can set whether to auto-review, auto-associate department grouping and auto-association filling out the sheet.
